Razer Blade 15 (2018) key not lighting up.

Hello,

so I have this problem that the key is not lighting up. Neither the real key nor the key in Razer Synapse. The key is working normally, just not lighting.
I hope anyone can help.

That's so strange. Today (the same day this thread was started), I started to experience a very similar problem on the same model: Razer Blade 15 (2018).

When I disable synapse, the # key does light up. But when it's running, no matter what setting, the key won't light up. The only key that doesn't light up.

BTW I have tried to edit this in chroma studio in Synapse 3 but it says it should be lit.
