Razer Blade 15 (2019) - Advanced CPU Overheating and Crash

Purchased this laptop in 2019 from Razer. The laptop is crashing. I believe the CPU is overheating and it then crashes to computer. The screen freezes and I have to hold the button down to restart. If I do not keep a giant fan behind the laptop it overheats and crashes within 5-10 min. I have the CPU set to LOW but nothing changes. This has been happening for a long, should have addressed it sooner when it was within warranty.

Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and for other possible solutions.
