Hi,
I have a RZ09-03009W21 and it gets stuck in a boot loop for a while before booting up and the time does not stay set in Windows 11. I believe the CMOS battery needs replacing but my laptop is out of warranty. I bought it brand new from Amazon less than 2 years ago so I’m deeply unhappy with this, especially as I can see many instances of the same problem from others in this forum and on Reddit.
What are my options here?
Hey there, I'd like to know if you found a replacement for that battery because I didn't find the exact model
Hi there,
No, no one from Razer got back to me on this. Shocking customer services and have been completely ignored. I plan to make a complaint to the ombudsman - they'll get in a lot of trouble but can't believe that can ignore such a complaint which many people have.

If it's out of warranty, I'd disassembly the bottom cover, to check what CMOS battery type is installed, then buy a replacement on ebay / amazon / aliexpress.
Probably it's ML1220 battery.

You would think this would be a listed part somewhere. I can find one for every Dell out there.
