Razer Blade 15 2020 base model battery life lasting 1 hour
I recently got a razer blade 15 base a couple of months ago and I noticed that the battery life was lasting about 1 hour on a full charge while idling, and the fans are always extremely loud. I tried to reset the OS to see if that would help but there was no change. If anyone has experienced similar problems and has found a solution please share.

@crombopulus. Please isolate the behavior of the fan by clicking this link. Then send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 15. I can use that to verify the model and check for better solutions. I'd appreciate it if you can include screenshots of in-game settings and a battery report.
@Arckarus. By the way, We are offering repair/service for out-of-warranty laptops, as long as it's not a legacy model. Let me take a closer look by sending me your laptop's serial number.

Did your battery only last 1 hour since you got it or only recently? Mine went from originally lasting 5 hours to now 2 hours suddenly. Have tried recalibrating and reinstalling battery driver but still did not work. I just posted about it yesterday and still waiting for a response.
If you only got your blade 15 a couple of months ago, then it should still be under warranty, so you can try asking for technical support from their website. I got mine over a year ago and when i tried asking for technical support on their website, they said out of warranty so no support and asked me to try this forum instead.
I'm now realizing that I the laptop in December so that means I'm probably screwed. I did not buy it directly from Razer though I bought it from Best Buy. The battery life has been like this since I got it, but I think it may have started out at like 2 hrs initially.
