Razer Blade 15 2021 Advanced Random Restarts | Razer Insider

Hi there, I bought my Razer Blade15 Early 2021 Advanced edition 2 weeks ago today. RZ09-0367BWC3-R3W1.

I've noticed 3 times now the laptop randomly restarting, I noticed it after a couple of days where I came back to the laptop and logged in, all my apps had closed. I didn't think anything of it until I was working a few days later... I was exporting loads of content via Adobe Media Encoder, left it running and came back to it, thought the laptop was in sleep mode... it woke up and logged me in but it had completely restarted. That was whilst plugged in and on a laptop cooling pad.

Days later I turned the laptop on, this time on battery, opened a word document, went out of the room and came back maybe 10mins later and noticed the same thing. Screen was off, thought it was in sleep mode, once it woke up it had completely restarted and all my apps were shut.

I haven't done anything to the laptop at all, no undervolting, haven't installed a 2nd NVMe yet or upgraded the RAM... but I intend to in future.

I've installed the NVIDIA Creator drivers as I'm using this for editing videos/content for my job and client work, so it's important the system is stable! I also have the laptop set to dedicated GPU mode 60Hz (not the 360Hz mode) within Synapse.

Any help? Seems very strange to me. When I go back to the laptop it's just simply restarted.

TLDR: Brand new 2 week old Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 randomly restarting for no reason, on battery and plugged in. Using NVIDIA creator drivers and dedicated GPU mode in Synapse.

Update: I've gone into event viewer and each time it's happened there's a CRITICAL error message, source: Kernel-Power, Event ID: 41, Task Category (63) - "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
