Hi, My laptop is not even 2 years old and I have been taking good care for it and not been using it rigorously because I travel a lot.
Yesterday my charger stopped working and in the progress almost fried my laptop… BSOD, flickering, crashing got it all.
now fortunately I got the laptop working again (hopefully without damage) but I am not keen on shelling out a lot of money for a charger which seems to have problems and searching online I don’t seem to be the only one.
Now what are my options? as I don't seem to have warranty and because of that no way to come in contact with razer support which is absolutely bonkers…
Is there a way to still get in contact as I am not satisfied with the idea to replace a 150$!!! charger which has no damage but '’just stopped working'’ whilst almost frying an expensive laptop at the same time.
I am also not keen to get a 3th party one as the all have the same formfactor.
Or are there other options I have not seen yet?
