I have been experiencing an extremely frustrating issue with my Razer Blade 15 2023. Here are the specifications:

Device name    FiberBundle
Processor    13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13800H   2.50 GHz
Installed RAM    16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
Device ID    6BE03C69-7364-46AB-B7BD-288A13F5618D
Product ID    00342-21149-29781-AAOEM
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch    No pen or touch input is available for this display

My right speaker is just completely broken. I cannot get sound to come out, and I am confident that this is a software problem, as my laptop has not incurred any physical damage. The left speaker will begin at a normal volume upon restarting, and will get progressively quieter over 30 minutes, and then it falls completely silent. Then I have to restart again, and again 30 minutes later.  I have reinstalled various audio drivers, I have used the Microsoft diagnostics, and I have followed advice from threads where people have faced similar problems. My Razer laptops (multiple over years) have been plagued with audio issues and I will make sure to share this with prospective buyers (unless of course, someone has a fix.) Two thousand dollars for a laptop that can’t make noise is absolutely ridiculous.

Were you able to perform the suggested steps here? Does the audio imbalance while using all the programs installed on your PC or website through your laptop’s browser? Also, does the issue persist while your Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Try also booting your unit in Windows Safe mode with networking by following this article, then test the laptop’s audio. Lastly, you can try reinstalling your unit’s Windows OS back to its factory state.

Otherwise, consider sending your unit for repair as it may have a possible hardware issue. Razer is offering an out-of-warranty repair as long as it is not a legacy product. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
