Razer Blade 15 4k Oled Touch using with a stylus

Hello everyone

I have a question and I will be more than grateful if there is someone to help me.

I am considering on buying a Razer Blade 15 4k Oled Touchscreen with 9th i7 and a Rtx 2080 QMax. But before I do that I have one really important question. Is the touchscreen suitable for using it with a stylus/pen? Does it have pressure control? Tilt control? Exc... Is it better/worse than Surface Book 2/ Surface Pro 7 (not better/worse in specs but in a stylus usability)
