Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2018) Back Logo Not Lighting up

I have uninstalled, clean removed all traces of Synapse and reinstalled Synapse 3. In Synapse 3, System>Lightning Tab , set the LOGO to Static. but the back logo of my Razer Blade 15 does not light up I searched forums and googled other places and did not have any answer to this. Please advise what i am missing
