Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2020) | Audio Driver | Razer Insider

I tried to use my laptop today for a video conference and realised that the mic wasn't working. I attempted to use a 3.5mm headset that came with my mobile phone, thinking that it could be a hardware fault, but that didn't work either which leads me to suspect that it could be a driver problem.

Looking at appropriate support page, there is no way to download the audio drivers associated with the laptop. I've already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the drivers through Windows Device Manager and the same problem persists. Can someone help please?
I have the same problem.

i can't find the audio drivers (or any drivers except a firmware update) anywhere for my Blade 15 ( RZ09-0238x)

I have removed and reinstalled the audio drivers. It did fix my mic but not my laptop speakers.

Bluetooth headset was working fine.

Now, after a few more reinstalls of the drivers (automatic reinstall in win10 device manager) it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I actually decided to take the plunge and reinstall Windows completely from the recovery partition after making an external backup using Macrium Reflect. This resolved the microphone issues. Everything seems to be working fine now.
Thanks for the tip.

I will try that.
