Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2022 model's keyboard no longer lit up in the whole mid section

My daughter's Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2022 model's keyboard no longer lit up in the whole mid section. We have tried the following so far:
  • Modify repair Synapse
  • Updating Synapse to the newest version
  • Tried to select all keys and change colors and then click safe in the chrome studio
  • Uninstalled the Synapse software and then reinstalled the newest
  • Reset the laptop to factory default
  • Updated the keyboard drivers in the Device manager
Nothing of this has worked for now. The laptop is only around 1 or 2 months old. any advice how to fix this would be appreciated.

That's sad to hear. Was there any incident that occurred in the unit before the issue started? I appreciate all the steps you've tried to isolate and fix the concern.
