Hey, so I got this Razer Blade 15 Advanced not too long ago, and it's been a total headache. It keeps overheating, and the battery life is a joke—like, ten minutes max when not plugged in. Today, I find out the battery has swollen so much that the trackpad won't even work. And get this, it's out of warranty.

I used to be a big Razer fan, even made a trip to their Vegas store. But now, dealing with their customer support has been a letdown. This laptop, which I thought was top-notch, is turning out to be a safety hazard. Seems like anyone playing games like Minecraft on it is gonna end up with a swollen battery in less than a year.

And now, the damn thing is on my back porch giving off a weird smell. Seriously, Razer needs to sort this out ASAP for everyone's safety and satisfaction.
