Hi there, I bought my Razer Blade15 Early 2021 Advanced edition last March. RZ09-0367x
Something hasn't been quite right - I keep returning to it and it's prompting me for my windows pin and it seems it has rebooted - but I hadn't actually witnessed it restarting until recently. It's not a clean restart.
I haven't done anything to the laptop at all, never taken the chassis apart for any upgrade.
I disable advanced optimus in the BIOS - so I run on the NVIDIA GPU all the time - and i'm hooked up to an external monitor via the Thunderbolt cable 90% of the time. Monitor is 2560x1440 @ 165Hz.
I'm running the latest Intel ME firmware update from the support website.
Any help? Seems very strange to me. When I go back to the laptop it's just simply restarted.
Thanks to another user with a similar problem - I was able to see the update below for each instance where my computer has restarted, but unfortunately their thread was locked and any resolution to their case is not visible to me.
Update: I've gone into event viewer and each time it's happened there's a CRITICAL error message, source: Kernel-Power, Event ID: 41, Task Category (63) - "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
Any help appreciated!
