Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition (2021) RTX 3070 240Hz - dGPU issues.

Hey guys! I just got my Razer today after waiting quite a while for it and it appears the 3070 is dead on arrival. At least that's what I think. The issue that I have is, I cannot use the laptop when it's in dedicated GPU mode, sometimes it might work on 60hz but if I switch it to 240hz it goes completely crazy. And lately it stopped working on 60hz as well. And at times it would just give me a completely black screen. I have tried all possible drivers & magical internet solutions and so I finally arrived to the conclusion that it's just a hardware defect. Can anyone confirm this for me? Edit: Does anyone know ? :)
