Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model Low performance in EU

Bought the Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model like 3 weeks ago in US. Now i am in a EU country and when i try to play some games, i get really bad performance. For example, i used to get 140-160 fps on Overwatch but now i only get like 55-65fps. I even got a EU plug. Please help!

    That's odd. Have you recently installed any sort of update be it Windows, Synapse or game-related? Also, do you get the same results when on Balanced and Performance mode?

    I haven't installed any sort of update but i updated some of them. I also get the same results on Balanced and Performance mode. Even slightly better performance on Balanced mode.

    This is going to be a bit tricky. That said, please PM me the serial number of your RB15 along with screenshots of the temps while running a synthetic benchmark.
