Hello,
As the title says, my new razer blade is picking up different key entries from my naga mouse than the keybinds that are loaded into the mouse from synapse. As an example, the '1' key on the side of the naga is received as 'end'. I feel like this is a settings issue somewhere but haven't figured out where.
This happens most often while attempting to play "Lost Ark".
The cursor movement and other mouse functions work fine by the way.

What is the exact model of your Razer Naga? If it's compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0, please reset the mouse under the app's settings, then check if it's behaving the same. Otherwise, send me a PM including the mouse serial number so I can check its information and verify if there's an available update. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
