Razer Blade 15 Advanced Power problems

Hello guys, I know this has been asked before, but I recently purchased Razer Blade 15 Advanced Early 2019 with RTX 2070 Max Q(used from Amazon). My only issue with the machine is that when the Machine is powered Off(shut down) it won't charge, also it won't boot unless I plug it into the power supply. Has anyone found a fix for that issue (model number is RZ-09 0288x). Things I tried so far:
  • Complete fresh windows 10 install.
  • Replaced the battery with a brand new one
  • Uninstalled Razer Synapse
