Hello I am trying to reinstall windows on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced. I entered the serial number online, got the zip file downloaded, formatted a 32gb flash drive to NTFS, and extracted the files to it. When I boot to it I first got a popup with just a ‘5’. Now when I boot to it it states Only support running under WinPE’. Is this a known issue and if so what is the solution?
