Razer Blade 15 Advanced RTX 3080 Using 0% GPU

I got my laptop for rendering long videos. While rendering, the CPU usage is high but the integrated GPU usage is low and the dedicated GPU is at 0%. I followed the instructions in the article linked below to set the computer to use the dedicated GPU but there is no change in the performance. The RTX 3080 is still at 0% usage. How can I fix this?
