Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-0328 (GPU not detected)

So, my old motherboard got fried and I had to replace it, I was able to get another one and put it into my laptop without any problems, but now it's not detecting the RTX 2070 max-q, and it doesn't pop up in the device manager anywhere. I tried many things like updating all the drivers, resetting the laptop and so on. IS there any way to get it to detect it again.
