razer blade 15 base trackpad issue

I bought my razer blade 15 base a month ago and i"m pretty happy with it. however there's one issue that is bugging me. When i press down on the track pad it doesn't feel like one click but i can feel two clicks, two layers. its hard to describe but it doesnt feel like it supposed to be.
