Hi there,

 

I purchased my Razer Blade 15 (2023) a few months ago. Everything was fine, but suddenly, my screen went completely black. There’s no logo even during boot. The keyboard lights up, and the laptop works fine with an external HDMI monitor, but I can't access the BIOS since the screen is black.

 

My laptop is still under warranty, but I'm currently in a different country and unable to ship it to the USA. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
