Razer Blade 15 broken fan

A while ago my cat knocked a baseball on the computer, there wasn't any damage for a time but after a while the fan started making a vrr sound. A while after that the fan stopped working altogether. Does anyone know what the issue could be and how to solve it?

Hi there! Sorry for the mishap. Please hold the device upside down and using compressed air to dislodge any clumps of dust that may be clogging the vents. Also, please replicate the issue after creating another local Windows user account by following the steps below: 1. Select the Start button, then Settings > Accounts>Family & other users. (In some editions of Windows, it is "Other users"). 2. Select "Add someone else to this PC". 3. Select “I don't have this person's sign-in information”, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account. 4. Enter a user name, password, password hint, or choose security questions, and select Next.

How will creating a new windows user account replicate the issue? I'm pretty certain it's not an issue in my settings, I've tried compressed air and it hasn't worked.
