Hi, My Razer Blade 15 2018 advanced edition is freezing whenever not plugged into power. This happens often when running on its own battery. Please advise

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade's concern on our Support board. By the way, when did the issue start? Does the issue persist while the laptop is on Safe Mode with networking? You can also create another local Windows user account and observe. Feel free to send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
