My new Razer Blade 15 freezes randomly while playing games.

I have already sent my laptop to Razer tech support and they could not detect any issue and sent it back to me, but the issue still happens. I am sending it again to Razer tech support.
Can anyone help me with what is going on?
It’s not even been a month since I bought the new laptop and Razer could not refund me or send me a new device.
