Razer Blade 15 Mercury White - Battery isn't holding a charge

I have the razer blade 15 with the RTX2060 GPU. The battery will no longer hold a charge unless I have it plugged in. Any advice or direction would be appreciated. It is my daily use laptop.

    You can try to recalibrate the battery and hope for the best. But if that doesn't help, you will have to send it in for a battery replacement. Send me the serial number, and I'd be happy to serve as your guide through the entire process. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
