Hey could someone please help me, I have no option to change from 60 hz refresh rate to 144 hz, Ive read alot of people have had this issue but i havent found a solution.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Could you please send me a PM together with your device’s serial number so I can check its details in our system? Also, please send me a screenshot of your laptop's screen refresh rate in Razer Synapse to verify the available options. You can upload the screenshot to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
