Razer Blade 15 missing Teredo

I bought my Razer Blade 15 (Base Model) about 2 months ago. For the first week or so everything was going good, then out of nowhere my xbox apps would kick me from parties instantly. I'm pretty sure this is a game bar issue and to work correctly it needs Teredo Adapter. I went into device manager and teredo wasn't there so I went to 'Add Legacy Hardware' and teredo wasn't there for me to install. I'm wondering if anybody had the same problem either on razer or just in general and found a solution.
