Hi friends, last Sunday I ordered a new Razer Blade 15. I paid additional shipping charges to have it ship in 3-5 days. The order is pending and I cannot get Razer Customer Service, headquarters or anyone from Razer to respond.
I created a ticket with Razer and they provided a case number but I have not heard back yet.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or know if Razers are back ordered?
