Razer Blade 15 "No Speakers plugged in" | Razer Insider

Hi I turned on my blade 15" advanced and the speaker icon in the bottom right has a red X and I can't get the speakers to work. I've tried downloading the realtek drivers from razer but when I try to run it as admin I get this.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\\WINDOWS\\Logs\\DISM\\dism.log

Hey! Is this right out of the box? In any case, please send me a PM with the serial number of your RB15 along with your System and Application logs from Windows Event Viewer. I'll be using those to try to pinpoint what's causing the issue.
