Razer Blade 15 not charging properly

I just got a Blade 15, it is an early 2020 Advanced model. When I have it plugged, it intermittently stops charging for about half a second each time, then returns to charging normally. When I first plugged it in it happened every 10-20 seconds, but now it is less consistent. This causes my keyboard backlight to dim, fans to change, and performance to drop for that half-second. I am using the charger that comes with the laptop and it's plugged into a wall outlet. Is there a fix for this? https://streamable.com/8viwa4

      Are you noticing any flickering with the LED indicator on the power brick when this happens? Please send me the serial number of the laptop via PM. That way, I can help you try to recalibrate the battery and look into other possible solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
