Razer Blade 15 NVIDIA GPU not detected

I've had this issue multiple times but this time seems to be the one I can't fix myself. I currently have a Razer Blade Mercury Edition (17.3 Inches) with a i7 9750H and a RTX 2070. For some reason, the Graphics card is not in the device manager and it is not under hidden devices either. I have attempted: - several recoveries - several windows wipes - bios default - uninstalling and reinstalling drivers Currently, I am sitting on a fresh copy of Windows with no updates, and I have no access to the Nvidia GPU. When I contacted Razer Support before, they simply said it was deemed defective, said they would send me an email... 4 days later here I am, turning to the Forums. I have run out of options and at this point will do anything, I doubt this is actual hardware failure. I currently have 425.25 NVIDIA Drivers but no detection. Thank you.
