Razer blade 15 overheating and stuck on bios password prompt after win update | Razer Insider

I have a Razer blade 15 and I encountered this issue a while ago and this is very concerning. I do have a system password set in BIOS that won't allow to proceed to system boot without proper entry.

When windows automatically updates and restarts the laptop, it gets stuck on BIOS Password before the boot sequence and might sit there forever. When the lid closed, it overheats and spins the fan like crazy. I am concerned that I might be away for multiple of days and laptop would overheat and die.

This is a serious issue and I want to have a solution to this - can I setup some sort of auto shut off in BIOS if password is not entered?

I will start a case and raise your concern to the relevant team so they can look into it and provide you with the information you need regarding the BIOS settings. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your laptop and help me kickstart a case. Thanks!
