Razer Blade 15 (RTX 2060 Version) - Stuck at 3.6 Ghz

Hello, my name is Daniel. I just bought this Blade and I've already started producing on it w Fl Studio.. As Razer saying it can get to 4.5Ghz but when I produce music it lags and and doesn't even go above 3.6-3.7Ghz I turned the "Creator" thing from synapse, but that's all.. Is there a fix? something I can do?
