Hi Support, The laptop mouse pad is bloated out. I believe its the battery bloated. The SN for the laptop is *Removed from public view. Is it under warranty for repair? Otherwise, is any service centre in Singapore for repair? Thank you.

    Maybe you can try contacting Razer Support via Warranty Support (razer.com) There is a service centre in Singapore, Chai Chee area but I believe you'd need to call in and book an appointment.

      Please send me the serial number of the laptop and a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to check the warranty status of the device and look into your RMA options.
