Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0410 bios update and other issues

Issue 1 : Always the same issue, I contacted support several times : I can't update the bios of my laptop from 1.02 to 1.03, the updater doesn't work. Issue 2 : I am on windows 11, I upgraded the ram to 64 go, but it is running at 2666 Mhz instead of 3200Mhz, according to Cpu-Z. Issue 3 : according to hwmonitor or hwinfo the temp of the i7 11800H is not too bad in idle (55-60 degrees) but in load (90-100), it's a bit extreme, no ? note : the razer blade is not a bad laptop, but is always hot, very hot, in game or for an important task.

    Hi still no answers? Why Razer doesn't publish a new BIOS for Razer Blade 15 (Base Model 2021, i7 11800H) with XMP profile, and no issues with windows 11 ? It's an expensive gaming laptop, upgrade ram is possible but it seems that they are running at 2666Mhz instead of 3200Mhz !
