Razer Blade 15 SSD missing after repair on warrenty


Hi,

I have been trying to get in touch with your support team after my Razor Blade 15 Laptop was sent for repair under its warranty. Unfortunately your phone and email support team is unresponsive for the past week and I am unable to open a new support ticket as my warranty expired last week.

I sent my Razer Blade 15 laptop for repair covert by its warranty to fix a noise issue caused by the right side fan. My laptop was returned to me missing its 256 GB SSD drive. The drive cannot be found in the file explorer, device manager, or in the boot menu. Also my 2TB HDD hard drive had been renamed "Blade SSD" which is clearly a misleading name and could lead me to believe that the SSD was intentionally removed.

I would kindly ask that this issue gets resolved as quickly as possible as returning a laptop sent for repair with missing hardware is not acceptable. I will gladly supply you with the incident and RMA numbers of the repair case.
