Hello. It turns out my Razer laptop has a swollen battery. I feel very frustrated as my warranty has expired, the machine isn’t very old, and I haven’t actually used it extensively in the time I’ve had it. I did a bit of research and discovered that this issue is so common that there’s a pending class action against Razer! I’ve submitted a support case to Razer but I’m not sure how long it will take for them to reply. For the amount of money I spent on this machine I’m very disappointed and feel this should be fixed without charge.
