Every time I perform a clean install of windows it works fine but not sure what happens that after a while, I start to experience crazy frame drops. I have uninstalled Razer Synapse and cortex. Any suggestions to help fix pleases help

Have you tried updating your laptop's graphics driver through the Intel Driver and Support Assistance or NVIDIA control panel? What's your laptop's operating system version? Please send me a photo showing your laptop's BIOS main tab, screenshot for WINVER and DXDIAG. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
