Razer Blade 15 webcam & mic not working

The integrated camera and microphone on my Razer Blade 15 2018 cannot be detected by windows apps and do not appear in device manager. I have gone through the recommended steps on razer support but nothing has solved this issue.

      Were there any changes applied to your laptop before the issue? Let me take a closer look at the issue. Please send me the following via PM: a. Screenshot of System Information (Press Windows Key+R on your keyboard: Inside the Run dialog box, type "msinfo32.exe"): e. Screenshot of your Windows Update history: f. Razer Synapse version: g. Have you performed Windows System Restore or Razer Blade's factory reset? (Yes or No): h.
