Razer Blade 15 webcam not found and not working

Hello,

The webcam of my razer blade 15 suddenly stopped working.

Not found in the system.

Windows indicates 0xA00F4244 <NoCamerasAreAttached>

My Serial Number is: BY1837A45803618

Solutions I've tried:

- Restarted computer

- Uninstalled driver from device manager (however, once i uninstalled the icon never popped up to install it again (i had to go to 'View' -> 'Show hidden devices for it to show up in the first place)

- Then when to 'Action' -> Add Hardware -> then camera but no options for my webcam shows up to install the driver.

- I then tried to do what it said in this below but it didnt work

- I then installed a driver program to install my drivers called 'Ashampoo Driver Updater' It updated all my drivers but nothing to do with a camera.

- I then updated my windows (nothing changed)

How can I fix this issue? I can't seem to find a camera driver for my laptop.
Did you made hardware changes or maintenance, guessing from your serial number it’s Blade 15 2018 September model so it’s advanced, to upgrade ram or repasting you should unslot camera cable (the tiny one beside display cable) that lays above the ram. Make sure that rightly slotted back again. My camera was gone after I repasted it recently, tightened it bring it back. Even you didn’t open it I think it’s worth to check.

Not that I'm aware of, I haven't modified the laptop in any way. Yep you're right its the Blade 15 2018.

That would make sense considering how often I move my laptop around, the cable may have been loosened over time. I'm a complete noob at computers so I'm a little scared to open up my laptop, but if that's the only option I might have to give it a try.
I had the same issue with a laptop coming out of the box. I will think to give it back ASAP if the issue is not solved. I tried to contact support but I waited 1 hour to be in contact with a member of the staff and then they closed the chat when 18.00 arrived. I think it is BS
