Hi,



My internal webcam worked but never really used until I had a bunch of zoom calls to attend and realised it is not working anymore. I tried reseting the app, reinstalling the drivers, and ultimately reset my windows, and upgraded to windows 11

Hello I also am facing a similar issue. I tried everything before resetting my system. even with a fresh install of windows.



opened up the machine and check to see if the cables where ok and still nothing.

Hey Viggs! Did you try restoring your laptop's operating system to its factory state and see if both camera and mic work?
