Razer blade 15 wifi problem
I bought a razer blade 15 around May 2020 and about 2 months ago anything that needed a wifi connection wouldn’t work on it even thought it said that it was connected to wifi. I sent it back after a month of talking to tech support and got it back about a month ago. It’s been working up until about 2 hours ago and it is doing the same exact thing and I don’t know what to do since I tried everything the last time this happened and nothing worked.

Do you mind sending me your router model and WiFi configuration, like which band/s and channel/s you are using? I'd also appreciate it if you can send me your ticket number so I can check what troubleshooting steps were previously suggested. I'll take if from there.
