Razer Synapse shows a ‘FIRMWARE UPDATE AVAILABLE’ message. I get sent to this page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19821 where I follow the instructions to update the firmware. I am able to successfully update everything except for ‘BIOS Firmware Updater v2.02’ released June 30th 2026. I follow each step from page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15235 yet it still does not update from BIOS version v2.00 to v2.02. What happens after I press update and the laptop restarts is Razer Synapse still showing the firmware update message and then the BIOS updater still says that I am on BIOS v2.00. I have tried to multiple solutions from previous threads but none of them have worked. Please help, thank you.

I found the solution.
You need to go into the Nvidia application and ensure the Nvidia GPU is turned on (not the integrated GPU)
Then try to install the firmware and it will install.
