Razer blade 16 FHD blurry

When I switch from 4K to FHD mode on my blade 16, the display is noticeably a lot more blurry that 4K mode. Does anyone else has the same issue? Is there a fix to this?

To isolate the issue, please try updating your graphics drivers and checking the display settings to ensure everything is configured correctly for FHD mode. You can try following the steps in this article.     • MSinfo logs.
    • Windows version.
    • Send a screenshot of the Nvidia and Intel Driver versions. Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 1 and 2 tabs and look for the graphics driver version on the right side.
    • Photo of the BIOS main tab.
