Hi there, this is my first post :)
I have a Blade 17 (2020) and problems with black screen. I can power on the device, I see the keyboard lighting and the background sounds, but no bios splash screen. The screen is completely black.
I tried to go with an external monitor, there are two USB-C ports but no success.
I also tried to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes - no success.
There is a strange behaviour I don’t know, if its working as intended: After powering up, no fans are spinning. There are two big ones at the rear (I assume for CPU and GPU) and two little ones for the battery?
Did my computer die from overheating or is it something else? I hope someone can help me :(
