My Razer Blade shipped with nvidia driver version 512.95 I use a 4k 144hz asus external display via usbc/thunderbolt. It has worked fine on the 512.95 driver but when I install either 516.40 or 516.95 the external display does not work through usbc. It does work through the hdmi cable but is limited to only 60hz... Interestingly enough the display does show up in the optimus panel and in the nvidia control panel where I cannot select to use it (see uploaded screenshots).
I saw another person had posted this on this forum and the thread is locked....
Any help would be much appreciated.

Ensure to install the latest Windows, NVIDIA, and Intel drivers and see how it goes. Otherwise, send me a photo of your BIOS main tab, including the MSinfo and the laptop's Windows version. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
Update as of July 18, 2022:
Razer is aware of this behavior. The Support Team is tackling this issue and currently communicating with our devs. Our workaround is to perform a display driver rollback to 512.33, the same version in the Windows update. If the rollback button is grey out, uninstall the current driver and perform a Windows update check.
