Use a USB stick with Windows 11 to go.
Every time I click on restart, Windows shuts down and instead of restarting, the computer completely turns off and the green status LED blinks slowly.
Only when I press the power button for 15 seconds and the slow green blinking disappears, can I restart the computer normally.
Can someone help me figure out what exactly is causing this problem?
