I bought my Razer Blade 18 at the end of February. After a short time, I unfortunately noticed that the left speaker is quieter than the right one. I have contacted Razer's support to solve my problem. After several mails, it became an RMA status. I sent the Razer Blade 18 to Razer on 14.04. After almost three weeks and several emails with the request for feedback on the status, I was then informed that the error could not be reproduced. Now I'm still waiting for the shipping info back to me after I said I want my device back immediately. It was by far the worst support I have ever experienced. The website speaks of a three-day processing time in the event of a warranty. It was well over three weeks at the end. There were always the same answers to be put off. With such an expensive product to offer such a service to the customer is really questionable. I'm curious how long I have to wait for my laptop to be shipped. From a current point of view, this was the last time I bought a gaming notebook from Razer. Too bad..........
