Razer blade 2015 not fully detected in synapse

Hello! im writing this from pure help... i tried everything wats even possible to get rid of this problem. the problem is that i cant change fan speed in synapse because my laptop is not fully detected, Also my backlighting of my keyboard doesnt work. please i need help and i just want too change my stuff in the synapse software. -wardog3801
